Yancey Glen - Mobile County, Alabama

Yancey Glen is a manufactured home, residential subdivision located on approximately fifteen (15) acres of land fronting Newman Road, less than a mile South of Airport Boulevard in West Mobile County. The development included the construction of Yancey Glen Drive, a public, paved road which is maintained by Mobile County.

Yancey Glen contains a total of thirty-six (36) lots. Thirty-five (35) of the lots are accessed directly from Yancey Glen Drive, while the remaining lot is accessed directly from Newman Road. The development includes underground utilities and streetlights, adding both safety and aesthetic quality.

The focus of the development is on land-home packages which includes both a lot, and a manufactured home completely setup on site, including concrete driveways, septic tank, and landscaping. However, for buyers either buying their manufactured home elsewhere, or who wish to purchase their lot first and purchase their manufactured home in the future, individual lots are also available for sale. On individual lot sales, owner financing is offered with a low down payment. A manufactured home dealer is located on the site to assist prospects in their lot selection, as well as offering a variety of model units from which to choose.
