River Meadows - Mobile County, Alabama

The development is located on approximately forty two (42) acres of land with frontage on Thomas Road and River Road in South Mobile County near Bailey's Corner, just North of Fowl River.

River Meadows was developed through the subdivision of the parcel into various smaller parcels including ten (10) small lots having dimensions of 100' X 200'; four (4) parcels slightly larger than three (3) acres each; and, two (2) parcels slightly larger than five (5) acres each. Another parcel of just over nine (9) acres remains, but was not originally included in the initial subdivision.

To date, two (2) houses have been built by our sister company, America South Construction, L.L.C. The Restrictive Covenants require that a one-story house contain a minimum of one-thousand five-hundred (1,500) square feet, and that a house with more than one (1) story contain a minimum of eight-hundred (800) square feet on the ground floor. All of the subdivided parcels are accessed through direct frontage on Thomas Road, a public, paved road which is maintained by Mobile County.
