Hillcrest Trace - Mobile, Alabama

The development is located on approximately two and one-half (2-1/2) acres of land fronting on the east side of Hillcrest Road between Cottage Hill Road and Grelot Road in Mobile, Alabama. Hillcrest Trace was developed as a twelve (12) lot zero-lot-line subdivision. To date, four (4) houses have been built.

Hillcrest Trace, LLC, was formed in the spring of 2005 to acquire the remaining lots and to both market them for sale as well as to begin constructing houses. The Restrictive Covenants require that each house contain a minimum of two-thousand two-hundred (2,200) square feet of heated and cooled living area. The Architectural Review Board rights and control which were created in the Restrictive Covenants were assigned to Hillcrest Trace, LLC, when the company acquired the remaining eight (8) lots.

The streets have an average right-of-way width of sixty (60') feet, and have been conveyed to the City of Mobile and are maintained by them. Hillcrest Trace, LLC, will begin construction of two (2) houses in early 2006.
